Which languages do you translate from?
Our network of collaborators includes professional certified translators for many languages, including Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic, Russian, and Japanese, to name a few. If you are interested in our translation service and wish to know if we are able to translate from a specific language, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will get back to you very quickly.
Do you offer translation from English into other languages?
Unfortunately, at this time our translation service only deals with translating from another language into English. We are working on expanding our translation service to include even more languages as well as translation from English into other languages.
Who works on the translation? And what are their credentials?
All our translators are certified, highly qualified, professional translators in their chosen language with over 10 years experience. All our translators are bi-lingual and adept at both English and their chosen language.
Do you use translation software?
Absolutely not. The issue with translation software, such as google translate, is that it just translates words, but can't understand what they intend to say, so many of the translated phrases may not make any sense. All our translators are real, live human being who are able to comprehend your ideas and translate them into perfect English.
My work is highly private and confidential. Can you guarantee that it stays confidential?
Absolutely not. Your work is your and yours alone. And you will remain the sole copyright holder. Neither we, not our editors lay any claim to your copyright, and all your ideas will be kept absolutely confidential as all our staff members and editors are signed to strict confidentiality agreements.
You just completed translating my work. Can I also use your paraphrasing service?
Absolutely. We ensure that all our translators are bi-lingual whose standard of English is at the very highest level. We would expect that if you use our translation service, you will not require our proofreading service as the standard of English of our translated is extremely high. We would be delighted to also offer you our paraphrasing or expert critique services to help take the content of your newly-translated work to the next level.
