What types of personal documents do you edit??

You designated editor is there to make sure that your writing presents you in the best possible light, whatever its purpose may be.
My documents are extremely private and confidential. Will they stay confidential?
Absolutely. We value your work and appreciate the amount of trust you put into us and our editors when you choose to work with us. We take this responsibility very seriously.
We guarantee that the only people who can have access to your work are the editing manager, who will be in touch with you during every step of the process, and the proofreader/ editor who will be editing your work.
All our staff members and editors have already been signed to very strict confidentiality agreements, as well as an NDA pertaining to any work they receive from us. In fact, your designated editing manager and proofreader are both bound to delete all copies of your work from their systems once they have completed editing your work.
I'm applying for a new job, and i really want it! Can you work on my resume to make me look better?
Your designated editor will have experience of working on resumes and will have a strong grasp of what employers are looking for and will do their very best to use the existing elements of your resume and structure them in a way that presents you in the best light possible. However, obviously under no circumstance will our editors be able to provide any form of fictitious record on your resume.
I have a very personal document. It's too personal to ask anyone else to proofread it. Can you help me?

My personal document is extremely urgent. How soon will I get it back?
We pride ourselves in offering a much faster turn-around than 90% of similar service providers, while offering a much cheaper price, and the same standard of quality, if not a better one. Our minimum guaranteed turnaround is 20,000 words per day for our proofreading and paraphrasing services, and 10,000 words per day for our copy-editing and expert critique levels of service. This turnaround time starts from the day we email you confirmation that your designated editor has started editing your work. If your deadline is urgent please be sure to let us know and your designated editing manager will be sure to liaise with you to reasonably meet your time constraints.
