What are your fees?
We charge a flat rate for each type and level of service we provide. This is calculated in increments based on the document's total word count. For more detailed information on pricing please visit our prices page.
What are your prices based upon?
Our rates are calculated based on the type of service, the level of service, and in some cases, the urgency of the service. Our prices are calculated in increments per 1,000 words.
How do I pay?
We accept payments through Paypal. Paypal accept all major credit/ debit cards and does not require a Paypal account or Paypal registration.
Paypal is the internet's leading payment gateway and highly secure.
When should I pay?
We charge on a chapter-by-chapter basis. A sort of pay as you go service. Unlike other similar companies, we want to make sure that you are happy with our work as we go along, as take on any feedback or concerns you may have as we work through your document. Once a chapter is complete we send an invoice to you with the fee for that particular chapter. Once the invoice is paid and you are happy with our work we continue with the next chapter, and so on.
I don't have a Paypal account, can I still use your services?
Yes of course, we understand that many of you may not have a paypal account and may not want to have one. Through the paypal invoice we send to you, you can select the option to continue as a guest, and you can pay, hastle-free through any major debit/credit card.
How can I be sure my details are secure?
We take our clients' confidentiality, privacy, and security extremely seriously and handle all you information with utmost care. As for your payment information, it is processed solely through Paypal, who are the leading online gateway - highly secure, Paypal are trusted and used by millions of individuals and many large enterprises.
Who processes my payment?
All your payment information is processed through Paypal, which guarantees safety and confidentiality of all your payment information.
What currencies do you accept?
We are pleased to provide quotes in a range of currencies, and where possible, we will do our best to bill you in the currency you select, otherwise your bill will be converted to British Pound Sterling (as we are based in the united Kingdom) during checkout and your credit/ debit card issuer will convert the amount to your local currency, at their own exchange rate (which may differ from ours).
How will payment appear on my bill?
The payment will appear on your bill as PAYPAL*- NAME OF OUR COMPANY.
Why are your prices lower than other similar service providers?
On average, we charge 40% less than other professional proofreading services. We are only able to do this because:
- We keep our operating costs to a bare minimum.
- We sign our proofreaders to long-term contracts and provide them with a steady, secure source of work and income, which, subsequently, allows them to accept comparatively lower prices for their work.
- We don't spend any money on advertising. Most of our clients have heard about us through word-of-mouth and we maintain a steady stream of repeat-customers who have been satisfied with our quality of service for years. The loyalty of our clients helps us keep our costs down and, in turn, helps us provide them with a better deal compared to other services.
However, we make absolutely sure that our lower prices do not result in lower quality of service. Our editors are very highly qualified professionals and we guarantee the quality of our service.
