How did you clients find you?
Initially, our business and network was small and intimate. Our first clients were university students and academics, and for the first two year we only accepted clients by referral. As our company grew, and as our network of proofreaders and editors grew, we were in a position to accommodate a much larger and more diverse clientele base. Most of our clients are still gained by word-of-mouth through a friend or colleague, and repeat-business from our loyal clients still accounts for a large chunk of our work.
Your clients include big corporations, but i'm just a student. Do you treat all your clients equally?
Absolutely. We treat all clients with the same care and pay the same level of attention to every single client, whether they are a large global corporation, or an undergraduate student looking to work on their first essay.
